Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

The Green Gaels Junior Lacrosse Club invites all members, alumni, volunteers, supporters, and members of the community to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As we conclude our 80th anniversary season, the AGM provides an opportunity to reflect on the past year, discuss the future direction of the organization, and participate in the continued growth and success of the Green Gaels.

Date: Friday, October 30, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM Location: DKI-CRCS 1707 Thornton Road North, Unit 102 in Oshawa

Elections and Constitutional Amendments

Elections for positions on the Green Gaels Executive will take place during the meeting.

Members are also welcome to bring forward proposed amendments to the club's constitution for consideration and discussion, in accordance with the club's constitutional requirements.

Registration

To assist with planning and meeting preparations, we encourage attendees to register in advance.

Registration is appreciated but is not required to attend. All interested attendees are welcome, regardless of whether they have registered beforehand.

We encourage everyone with an interest in the Green Gaels to attend, get involved, and contribute to the future of our organization.
