Green Gaels Release 2023 Schedule

After a disappointing early exit from the 2022 OJBLL playoffs, the Green Gaels have been hard at work preparing over for the 2023 season. We are pleased to announce our 2023 OJBLL schedule.

The Green Gaels get their OJBLL season underway one month from today on Thursday, April 27th at the Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex when they take on the Orillia Kings at 8:00PM. This will be the second season in a row that the Gaels open up at home against their division rivals - last year the Gaels downed the Kings by a score of 12 - 6 in front of our home fans.

Other notable games include the defending Gloucester Griffins visiting the Green Gaels on Green Gaels Alumni Night on Saturday, May 13 at 7:00PM followed by the defending Founder's Cup National Champion Nepean Knights visiting the Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex on Sunday, May 14th at 1:00PM. On Saturday, June 3rd, the Green Gaels visit the newly renamed Akwesasne Thunder who eliminated the Green Gaels from the 2023 playoffs, at the Anowarako:wa Arena on Saturday, June 3 at 7:00PM. On Thursday, May 25, the Halton Hills Bulldogs will visit Clarington to continue their long term rivalry with the Gaels at 8:00PM.

The Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex has been home to the Green Gaels since 1997, and the Green Gaels are happy to call it home for the 25th season in a row in 2023. All Green Gaels home games will be played at the Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex.
