Gaels fall short on road trip

The Green Gaels headed to Ottawa for the weekend for games against Gloucester and Nepean. With four points up for grabs things didn't go as planned.

Saturday night saw the Gaels in Gloucester where they settled for a tie against the Griffin's. Ethan Harwood got the start and the Gaels got their only point of the weekend. Platt and Taylor led the way with 2 goals each and Muller added 3 assists.

Sunday afternoon saw the Nepean Knights come away with a huge 15-8 victory. Malcolm Vivian took the loss in net for the Gaels. Muller had 4 of the Gaels 8 goals.

The Gaels continue there road trip with a game against the Mountaineers Wednesday night before returning home Thursday to host the Northmen.
