Bulldogs take a bite out of Gaels
The Green Gaels headed to Halton Hills Monday evening for their final game of the regular season. The Gaels had already locked down the 3rd seed in the Eastern Conference and the game was little more then a tune up before playoffs begin later this week.
The Bulldogs came out of the gate fast and would lead 2-0 after 20 minutes. Platt would pull the Gaels within 1 half way through the contest, but it was all down hill from there with the Gaels eventually falling 8-3.
It wasn't all bad the offence may have struggled but the defence and goaltender Ethan Harwood kept the team in the game for most of the night. Harwood stopped 32 of 39 shots in the loss.
