2024 Training Camp Dates

In preparation for the 2024 Ontario Junior B Lacrosse League season, the Green Gaels are pleased to announce their training camp schedule.

Training camp will consist of four separate sessions - three tryout dates along with the annual Green & White intrasquad game.

Tuesday, April 2 - 6:00PM to 8:00PM - Tryout - Childrens Arena (155 Arena St, Oshawa)
Thursday, April 4 - 8:00PM to 10:00PM - Tryout - Darlington Arena (2276 Taunton Rd, Hampton)
Saturday, April 6 - 8:00PM to 10:00PM - Tryout - Darlington Arena (2276 Taunton Rd, Hampton)
Sunday, April 7 - 2:00PM - Green and White Game - Darlington Arena (2276 Taunton Rd, Hampton)

The cost to attend all three tryout sessions is $20 and players must be registered with the Ontario Lacrosse Association prior to participating in any on-floor activity (click here to register). All players who do not reside in Whitby-Oshawa-Clarington and/or whose Junior “B” rights belong to another team must provide written proof that they have permission to attend our try outs. 

"We are always excited to get the new season underway. Welcoming back returning players and meeting new prospective players who are looking to crack our lineup is always a neat time of year. Getting back to lacrosse is something we look forward to all winter long. Lots of hard work goes into preparing for this time of year" said Gaels General Manager Paul Chamois. "There will be plenty of opportunities for players to make impressions on our coaching staff led by (Head Coach) Jay Lee throughout training camp as players look to make their claim on a spot on our 23 man roster."
